This Privacy Policy explains how Metrax collects, uses, and discloses information about you.

1. Website Data (Metrax.app)

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics in strict privacy mode. We do not use cookies or local storage for tracking. No personal data is collected from website visitors.

2. Metrax App Data Processing

For the Metrax mobile application, we process the minimum data necessary for functionality:

A. Authentication & Identity

We use Google Firebase Authentication and Apple Sign-In. We collect your Email Address and a unique User ID to secure your account and synchronize your settings across devices.

B. Subscriptions & Payments

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We process purchase history and subscription status linked to an anonymized User ID or Email. This data is retained for "Contractual Necessity" to allow you to Restore Purchases across devices and platforms (e.g., iOS to Android).

C. Stability & Security

We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app stability (collecting stack traces and device UUIDs only on crash) and Firebase App Check to protect our API from abuse.

3. User Rights & Contacts

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data directly within the app (via the "Delete Account" button) or by contacting support.
